Foster Parent Exit Interviews
It is our goal to conduct an exit interview with all foster parents exiting the system. These interviews are typically done face to face by the family’s RD worker. We want to also offer exiting foster families the option of completing the Exit Interview Survey online. An Exit Interview form has been developed and is posted on Survey Monkey. Adoptive and Foster Parent Association of Georgia (AFPAG)
The Adoptive and Foster Parent Association of Georgia (AFPAG) is an advocacy organization working on behalf of foster and adoptive parents and the children placed in their care. The organization is open to all Georgia foster and adoptive parents.
Georgia Center for Adoption and Foster Care Resources and Support
The Georgia Center for Resources and Support, a state wide project funded by the Georgia Department of Human Services, works to increase resources and supportive services for adoptive and foster families and reduce the incidence of disruption in Georgia.
Rise Magazine
The magazine educates parents nationwide about their rights and demonstrates the steps parents can take to reunite with their children and strengthen their parenting.
