Upcoming campaigns and initiatives:
The Each One Recruit One, Each One Retain One (EORO2) initiative is an opportunity for DFCS staff to participate in the recruitment effort. Each participating staff member will be asked to recruit at least one new foster parent. For retention, each participating staff will be paired with a new (less than two years) foster parent to whom they will provide support at a distance as a “secret pal.”
